Forging is one of the old methods known as metal working
processes. When people are talking about forging in India they really don’t
know how to grow business in market. So Today in market there is huge
requirement for forging products. Earlier Forging was made by a smith using
hammer and anvil in the 12th century drove the hammer and anvil into
obsolescence before going to explain about we should know something apart from
forging. What is this? Why required in India?
Forging manufacture is a process of shaping product item
into desire size. Today in India a lot of people required for product item like
Flanges, Yokes, Spider Cross, Hexagon
Nut, Gear Wheel, CAM Gear Timing Gear, Cam Shaft, Elbow Fork Hanger and Gear
oil pump drive and many more. Now metal product are playing important role in
forging because heavy van need required
this product item for carrying load. As we know items are expensive but
required more in marketplace.
Today growing industry in
India people will not throw his scrap because he knows value of scrap, so he
stored all scrap items into storeroom and sold them to forging industry. Some
vendors are doing scarp business directly with company. There are two processes
of product, hot forging and cold forging two different metal forming processes.
Cold forgings are done at room temperature where hot forging are done at high
temperature. Forging parts are range can be less than 170 kilogram and will be
required for another process for finished.
There are mainly three types
of Forging process available these are drawn out which length increase and
cross-section decrease and another is upset which length decrease and
cross-section decrease and squeezed in closed compression dies mean
multidimensional flow.
